We want you to love your purchase from SPOS.co.uk. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
🔁 Returns
You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Items must be returned with proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or packing slip).
Non-returnable items include:

Gift cards

Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Underwear, swimwear, or pierced jewellery (for hygiene reasons)

💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
🔄 Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Contact us to arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability. We recommend returning the original item and placing a new order to ensure the item doesn't sell out.
🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or wrong item, please contact us at Sales@SPOS.co.uk within 7 days of receipt. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

We’ll send return instructions and the return address.
📌 Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. You must notify us in writing (email is fine) and return the item within 14 days.
